The Zoning Administrator has 30 days to take action on a complete Zoning Permit application, though every effort will be made to process completed Zoning Permit and Certificate of Compliance applications as quickly as possible.
Once you submit a completed Development Review Board Application, it will be processed and scheduled for a hearing on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. The Development Review Board meets the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.

Unified Development Regulations Amendment and Zoning Change Proposals
Completed proposals for amendments to the Unified Development Regulations and for zoning changes are processed on a "first-come, first-serve basis" and are scheduled for consideration at an upcoming Planning Commission meeting based on a 6 to 12-month timeline. Planning Commission meetings are held every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m.
